Overview
The Public Sector Innovation Certificate has been specifically designed for senior public sector leaders from around the world who are committed to transforming government through innovation. The PSIC brings together Cambridge’s world-leading research and thought leadership with the UAE’s internationally recognised innovation ecosystem, creating a unique executive learning experience for a global audience.
Throughout 4 immersive days in Dubai, participants will explore the latest thinking in public sector innovation, learn from internationally recognised Cambridge faculty, and experience first-hand how one of the world’s most innovative governments is putting these ideas into practice.
This programme builds on the success of the Public Sector Innovation Diploma (PSID), another bespoke learning solution specifically designed for UAE government leaders. Over eight successful cohorts, this programme has equipped these leaders with the capabilities to lead innovation initiatives that deliver lasting societal impact. Day 1: Thinking differently: re-imagining what is possible
Innovation starts by challenging assumptions and seeing opportunities differently.
Participants will explore how innovation leaders rethink complex public sector challenges, create new possibilities and develop the mindset required to drive transformation.
The day combines Cambridge’s research on innovation and leadership with examples of how the UAE has embedded innovation into government strategy and decision-making.
