European Defence Agency

The European Defence Agency was established under a Joint Action of the Council of Ministers on 12 July, 2004, "to support the Member States and the Council in their effort to improve European defence capabilities in the field of crisis management and to sustain the European Security and Defence Policy as it stands now and develops in the future”.

FORTH

The Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH), established in 1983, is one of the largest research centres in Greece with well organised facilities, highly qualified personnel and a reputation as a top-level research foundation worldwide. FORTH reports to the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of the Hellenic Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs.

Ecole du Ponts ParisTech

École des Ponts ParisTech, created in 1747 under the name École Royale des Ponts et Chaussées, is a higher education establishment that trains engineers to a high level of scientific, technical and general competency. Apart from civil engineering and spatial planning, historically the source of its prestige, the School develops high-quality programs and research associated with the energy transition.

Cablenet Communication Systems

Situated in Cyprus, Cablenet was founded in 2003 and offers telecommunication and entertainment services to the corporate and retail market. It comprises 230 employees across three cities. It developed the only wholly-owned independent network in Cyprus with 22.5Gbps international capacity over redundant cable systems and has currently 55,000+ retail subscribers. Cablenet is a member of all major European Internet Exchanges: LINX, DE-CIX and AMS-IX. It directly peers with over 500 providers from over 52 countries worldwide. Cablenet operates a privately-owned Hybrid Fiber Coaxial network, using the latest DOS 3.0 cable technology offering telephony and digital video service delivering crystal-clear images and high-definition channels.
