My research interests include investigating the impact of neurodivergence disclosure in the workplace and how it shapes team dynamics and interpersonal relationships. I want to explore ways in which disclosure can enhance communication, collaboration, and inclusion, contributing to more supportive work environments. As a lab manager, I support innovative research across Cambridge Judge Business School by utilising the resources and facilities offered by the Experimental Laboratory.

Erden previously worked as a Senior Technician at Anglia Ruskin University, providing technical support and training across the Psychology, Vision and Hearing Science, and Sports and Exercise Science departments.
