My research focuses on understanding organisational behaviour in the context of technology integration at work, with particular emphasis on how perceptions of Artificial Intelligence shape individuals’ attitudes and behaviours within organisations, as well as the impact of emotional expression in virtual communication.
Professional experience
Dr Jungmin Choi is also a Senior Research Associate of the Institute of Metabolic Science, School of Clinical Medicine, University of Cambridge.
In 2023 she took part in the Negotiation and Team Resources-International Association for Conflict Management Early Career Scholars Fellowship Program.
