Assistant Professor in Information Systems

My research examines how digital technologies enable new work arrangements and the opportunities and challenges these present for workers’ careers and livelihoods. The first stream of my research focuses on the changing nature of later-life careers in the platform workforce. A second research stream investigates how digital technologies reshape knowledge work.
