The Cambridge MBA ROMBA Fellowship for the LGBTQ+ Community

Overview

The Cambridge MBA is proud to partner with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) to offer this scholarship. The MBA ROMBA Fellowship is a joint effort between prominent business school programmes and ROMBA to develop the LGBTQ+ and active ally business leaders of tomorrow.

As well as the financial award, Fellows will gain access to exclusive leadership programming from ROMBA including a Fellowship Retreat.

Eligibility criteria

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in leading initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community, either professionally or personally. However, active ally’s and candidates who have a passion for the subject and can articulate how they plan to drive the initiatives at the Business School will also be considered.

Candidates interested in this scholarship should apply early as it is awarded on a rolling basis, and we cannot guarantee the award will still be available by the later rounds – visit our apply page for round deadlines.

Please indicate your interest on the application form. Applications for this scholarship are conducted by video assessment. If you are shortlisted for interview, you will be given details of how to complete the assessment, shortly after receiving your interview invitation.

The recipient of this scholarship is expected to be an ambassador for the Cambridge MBA, working closely with the marketing, recruitment, and alumni teams to support and attract future candidates onto the programme.
