The Cambridge MBA is proud to partner with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) to offer this scholarship. The Cambridge MBA ROMBA LGBTQ+ Fellowship is a joint effort between prominent business school programs and ROMBA to develop the LGBTQ+ and active ally business leaders of tomorrow. Each fellow receives access to exclusive ROMBA leadership programming and an all-expenses paid retreat (provided by ROMBA). This scholarship is available to Cambridge MBA applicants who are passionate about the LGBTQ+ community, have a history of involvement with the community and will lead initiatives at Cambridge Judge Business School.

Two awards will be made for 50% of Cambridge MBA tuition fees, awarded on a rolling basis across the application cycle.

As well as the financial award, Fellows will gain access to exclusive leadership programming from ROMBA including a Fellowship Retreat with funding support from ROMBA (provided by ROMBA).

Please note that ROMBA pays for hotel lodging for all Fellows attending the Fellowship Retreat. Fellows are responsible for their own transportation costs. Additional student access funds from ROMBA are made available for Fellows that require financial assistance to attend the retreat.

Eligibility criteria

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in leading initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community, either professionally or personally. However, candidates who have a passion for the subject and can articulate how they plan to drive the initiatives at the Business School will also be considered.

How to apply

Candidates interested in these scholarships should apply early as they are rolling until awarded and we cannot guarantee the awards will still be available by the later rounds.

You do not need to apply for this scholarship – eligible candidates will be automatically considered by the MBA admissions committee and notified of any award after an offer has been made, if successful at interview.
