What is your professional and educational background?
I have a PhD in Performance Psychology with extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams of experts to support player development and athlete performance care.
What is the most exciting thing about your work?
Everyone in the sports industry tends to be competitive so there is a passion that unifies people to contribute to team and player success. I’m fortunate that I’ve been at the cutting edge of innovative approaches to sport and this has created an especially fun dynamic.
What attracted you to Cambridge Judge Business School and the Global Executive MBA?
Cambridge is world class in its education and I am aiming to bring that world class element into my work. The business landscape is evolving now more than ever and where better to learn and be on the front line of education. The Global Executive MBA is beautifully designed to make the most of the physical place of learning in Cambridge but operate across the world and connect in real time with an incredible cohort. I couldn’t be happier to be in this programme.
What are you hoping to get out of the Global Executive MBA?
I am particularly interested in learning about how the business landscape is adapting to the change that AI and data-informed decision making are creating. I have strong management, leadership and people development skills but am looking to specifically strengthen my business knowledge and skills.
What are your career ambitions in the long term?
I aim to learn and continue to make impact in the field of human performance and would love an opportunity to do that at C-suite level for a sport or performance-oriented organisation.
