What is your professional and educational background?
I am a marketing and business leader with more than 10 years of experience spanning marketing strategy, digital transformation, product development and commercial growth.
Most recently, I served as Senior Director of Marketing for the North American operations of Kingspan, a global building materials company. In that role, I led marketing strategy, digital initiatives, product positioning and a team responsible for supporting growth across the United States and Canada.
Throughout my career as a marketer, I repeatedly encountered the barriers associated with programmatic advertising. Access often required substantial minimum spending commitments, specialist expertise, trading desk relationships and complicated sales or onboarding processes. These experiences inspired Adlo, a self-service advertising technology platform designed to make programmatic advertising accessible to businesses of every size.
Adlo enables businesses, marketing teams and agencies to create and launch campaigns across the open web without contracts, minimum spending requirements or the complexity traditionally associated with programmatic advertising.
What is the most exciting thing about your work?
The most exciting part of my work is building a solution to a problem I experienced firsthand as a marketer.
Programmatic advertising can be an incredibly powerful channel, but many businesses have historically been excluded by high minimums, complex technology and the need for specialist support. Through Adlo, we are removing those barriers and creating a simpler, more transparent way for businesses and agencies to reach audiences across the open web.
I particularly enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, technology and strategy. Building Adlo has allowed me to take a challenge I encountered throughout my corporate career and turn it into a product designed to create meaningful opportunities for other marketers and businesses.
What attracted you to Cambridge Judge Business School and the Global Executive MBA?
The reputation of Cambridge Judge Business School and the international structure of the Global EMBA were major factors in my decision.
I chose Cambridge over several programmes in the United States because I wanted to step outside my existing environment and develop a genuinely global perspective. Learning alongside an accomplished and diverse cohort challenged my thinking, broadened my understanding of international business and introduced me to classmates from a wide range of industries, cultures and professional backgrounds.
The programme was particularly valuable as I explored entrepreneurship. I benefitted greatly from learning from experienced entrepreneurs, faculty and classmates who had successfully built, scaled and advised businesses. Their perspectives helped me think more rigorously about identifying genuine market problems, validating opportunities, building a business model and turning an idea into a scalable company.
That entrepreneurial education gave me greater confidence and a stronger practical foundation as I moved from corporate marketing leadership into launching Adlo.
What are your long-term career ambitions?
My long-term ambition is to build and lead organisations that use technology, marketing and innovation to transform established industries.
My immediate focus is growing Adlo into a leading self-service programmatic advertising platform and making sophisticated digital advertising accessible to a much broader range of businesses.
More broadly, I hope to continue building companies, leading high-performing teams and pursuing strategic leadership opportunities where I can drive meaningful growth, innovation and lasting impact.
