Programme: Global EMBA 2026
Current role: Managing Consultant
Industry sector: Financial Technology

What is your professional and educational background?
I am a Financial Technology Managing Consultant with over a decade of experience in capital markets, specialising in trading systems, risk management and regulatory transformation. I have led complex, multi-million-dollar implementations across global financial institutions.
What is the most exciting thing about your work?
The most exciting aspect of my work is operating at the frontier where financial complexity meets technological innovation. I work on problems where there is no clear playbook – whether it’s translating evolving regulatory frameworks into scalable systems or helping institutions navigate uncertainty in volatile markets.
What energises me the most is turning ambiguity into structure: aligning stakeholders, designing solutions from first principles and ultimately delivering systems that directly influence how billions of dollars of risk are measured and managed globally. It’s the combination of intellectual challenge, real-world impact and constant reinvention that makes the work deeply engaging.
What attracted you to Cambridge Judge Business School and the Global Executive MBA?
Cambridge Judge represents a rare combination of academic excellence, intellectual heritage and forward-thinking leadership. What stood out to me is its ability to bridge rigorous thinking with real-world application.
The Global Executive MBA’s structure was equally compelling. It allows me to remain fully engaged in my professional responsibilities while immersing myself in a truly global learning environment. Beyond the curriculum, the diversity of perspectives, the close-knit cohort and the access to world-class faculty and networks made Cambridge the clear choice.
What are you hoping to get out of the Global Executive MBA?
I see the Global Executive MBA as a catalyst to transition from executing complex initiatives to shaping them at a strategic level. I want to strengthen my ability to think holistically – connecting technology, finance and organisational dynamics to drive meaningful transformation.
I am particularly interested in developing sharper judgment in uncertain environments, where decisions are not purely data-driven but require context, experience and perspective. Beyond the academics, I value the opportunity to engage with a diverse cohort of leaders, challenge my assumptions and build relationships that will influence how I think and lead for years to come.
What are your long-term career ambitions?
My long-term ambition is to operate at the intersection of finance, technology and strategy – leading large-scale transformations that redefine how financial institutions operate in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.
I aim to step into executive leadership roles where I can drive innovation, shape strategic direction and build organisations that are both high-performing and adaptable. Over time, I also aspire to contribute at board level, bringing a combination of deep technical expertise and strategic insight to governance and decision-making.
Ultimately, I want to be part of shaping the next generation of financial systems – ones that are not only more efficient, but also more resilient, intelligent and aligned with the realities of a rapidly evolving global economy.
