What is your professional and educational background?

I am a lawyer and I obtained my master degree in UC Berkeley in 2015.

What is the most exciting thing about your work?

The most exciting aspect of my work is navigating complex, high-stakes transactions that can reshape industries and drive business growth. Whether advising on mergers, acquisitions, or capital market strategies, I enjoy crafting innovative legal solutions that balance regulatory compliance with strategic objectives.
