What is your professional and educational background?
I have over a decade of experience leading across strategy, sales, marketing, digital and business growth. My career has spanned a range of roles, including strategist, analyst, buyer, marketer, sales leader, designer and writer, which has given me a broad business lens and a deep appreciation for how strong execution drives meaningful results.
Today, I help lead Accessibility Professionals, where I focus on strategic direction, revenue growth, sales and marketing, digital innovation and culture. Our work is centered on creating accessible environments that promote independence, safety and inclusion, and I’m proud to be part of a business that combines strong commercial performance with real social impact.
Previously, I was Director of Digital Marketing and Strategic Initiatives at RBC, where I built and led an award-winning internal agency and oversaw specialised teams across branding, marketing technology, digital sales and client insights. Across both roles, the constant for me has been a passion for leadership – building empowered teams, aligning strategy with execution, and creating environments where people and businesses can thrive.
What is the most exciting thing about your work?
The opportunity to build something meaningful at the intersection of strategy, growth and impact. I’m energised by helping shape where our business is going, creating the conditions for great people to do their best work and turning ideas into tangible results. In the accessibility space, that impact feels especially real to me. The work we do helps create environments that promote independence, safety and inclusion, which gives the business a deeper sense of purpose. I also love the balance of big-picture thinking and execution – whether that means driving revenue, launching new initiatives, improving the customer experience, or using digital innovation to unlock the next stage of growth.
What attracted you to Cambridge Judge Business School and the Global Executive MBA?
I wanted a programme that would challenge the way I think, expand how I lead and expose me to a diverse group of accomplished peers from different industries, markets and lived experiences. The Global Executive MBA stood out because it feels built for leaders who are actively shaping businesses while continuing to grow themselves.
What are you hoping to get out of the Global Executive MBA?
I’m hoping to gain a broader and more global leadership lens, sharpen my strategic thinking and deepen my ability to lead through complexity and change. I’m also looking to build a lasting network of peers and relationships (and friends!) that will continue to shape my thinking well beyond the programme.
What are your long-term career ambitions?
To build and lead organisations that create lasting value – commercially, socially and for the people they serve. I want to continue growing as a senior leader, helping scale businesses through strong strategy, culture, innovation and disciplined execution. Just as importantly, I want to have a lot of fun along the way with people I care about!
