Andrey Balanov
Andrey Balanov is an entrepreneur with considerable experience in launching and growing technology ventures, having founded and managed companies in the software development and SaaS space. In 2013, he co-founded Trace, an IT solutions integration company that provides digital transformation services and implements BPM and CRM solutions in the CIS markets. In 2022, he started EstateCRM, a PropTech CRM platform that has gradually expanded its presence across the CIS region, contributing to improved operational efficiency in the real estate sector.
As CEO of EstateCRM, Andrew developed practical skills in building product companies and refining management practices. His participation in the EnterpriseTECH program at Judge Business School further enriched his entrepreneurial perspective.
Additionally, he has been studying developments in the AI field and incorporating emerging technologies into his business strategies.
Andrew is now preparing to apply his background in technology ventures to the launch of a new AI startup, drawing on his previous experiences in a thoughtful and measured manner.
