Loop52 is a circular economy technology platform focused on helping the automotive industry meet new EU regulations requiring 6.25% of plastics in new vehicles to come from end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). Currently, there is no scalable solution to identify, sort, and recover automotive plastics for reuse. Loop52 bridges that gap by providing a digital system that enables dismantlers to trace, sort, and transfer recoverable plastics to recyclers—who then supply certified recycled material back to OEMs. Using VIN-level traceability, material mapping, and AI-assisted plastic identification, Loop52 creates a closed-loop supply chain for plastics. We unlock untapped value in vehicle waste while helping OEMs and recyclers meet circularity and carbon reduction targets.
