The three-week general management and leadership programme offers the opportunity for seasoned general managers and senior executives to step back from their professional and personal lives and dedicate time for themselves in a learning environment that is second to none. In the webinar I will aim to answer any questions or concerns that people may have before committing to the full programme.
Webinar participants will find out more about the structure of the programme and in particular, the three core themes that run through it: making sense of turbulent times, taking the lead through innovation, and leadership into action.
Last term the programme was highly subscribed by senior level executives and managers from a diverse range of businesses.
Kevin Banthorpe, Senior Development Manager of Sepura, participated in the programme and said:
The Advanced Leadership Programme took me away from the day-to-day business to consider the much bigger picture. The bond that you build with other senior professionals through the three weeks is something I’ll never forget. The quality of the lectures and discussions far exceeded my expectations and previous learning experiences.
Sandra Waterhouse, Global Director of Operations at Cambridge University Press, also attended the programme and said:
The Advanced Leadership Programme was an intensive learning experience that I’ve no doubt will prove invaluable through the remainder of my working life. Mentally stimulating and thought-provoking, as well as fun and from time to time exhausting! The friends and colleagues acquired through the process will also be an extremely valuable asset for the future.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact throughout the webinar and ask questions during the Q&A at the end.
