Executive Education at Cambridge Judge designs HSBC Leadership Programme in Dubai.
HSBC Bank in the Middle East has completed its inaugural HSBC Leadership Programme for mid-level Emirati managers, which was developed in association with the Executive Education division of Cambridge Judge Business School.
Abdulfattah Sharaf, Chief Executive Officer at HSBC UAE, said that the programme was designed to foster the growth of United Arab Emirates nationals to lead organisations across the country in the future.
“With a heritage of over 67 years of operating in the UAE, we are proud of our legacy here and have been privileged to partner in its growth over the past few decades,” he said.
In this time, one of our central priorities has always been to support the country’s ongoing development by creating a sustainable pipeline of leaders who can spearhead its economic progress, and the HSBC Leadership Programme is well in line with this vision.
The first edition of the programme began earlier this month and 19 individuals from companies including Masdar, Fly Dubai, SENAAT, as well as HSBC, graduated on 22 April.
Mohamed Hassan Ali Salem, a graduate of the programme from Fly Dubai, said:
A particular facet (of the programme) that sets it apart from others is that we have been invited to join Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education’s alumni network, which will be an invaluable stepping stone and will provide us ongoing support throughout our careers.
