We are thrilled to announce our certification as a B Corporation. This certification reflects our ongoing commitment to integrating sustainability and social responsibility into our programmes and operations. As a B Corp, we are part of a global movement of businesses working together to redefine success in business, not only in terms of financial performance but also in terms of our impact on people and the planet.
Over the past year, Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education has continued to strengthen its commitment to delivering executive learning that creates meaningful impact for individuals, organisations, and society. As a certified B Corporation, we aim not only to deliver world-class programmes, but to do so in a way that reflects our values and contributes positively to our community, environment, and stakeholders.

Our B Corp Champions lead coordination, accountability, and delivery of our B Corp commitments across the organisation.
I joined our B Corp team because I have a deep concern for the climate emergency we are facing. I believe that organisations like ours have a responsibility and an opportunity to lead by example in how we reduce our impact and drive sustainable change. Being part of this team allows me to channel that passion into practical steps that contribute to a more regenerative, climate-conscious future.
Becoming part of the B Corp team allows me to contribute to meaningful change within our company and community. I am passionate about sustainability and believe that we should all play a role in improving social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. The B Corp certification encourages and pushes us to be the best we can be.
B Corp Contributors
It was Margaret Mead who said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” This quote has always resonated with me, and I saw JBS Executive Education becoming a B Corp as a way for us to achieve further impact for our learners, whilst benefiting our people, local communities and the environment.
Organisations have an societal and moral obligation to champion positive change; B Corp promised to enable JBS Executive Education to be an effective and impactful part of that journey.
I joined the B Corp team because I believe that it would crystallise JBS Executive Education's purpose, allow us to create new ways to positively impact society and the environment, and ultimately use our reach to help create the systemic change the world needs.
After discussing the B Corp movement with Professor Marquis, I realised how many of the underlying principles and goals resonated with my own desire to see change in the way value is perceived in the business landscape. It just made perfect sense that we should be a B Corp, and I decided to champion the cause within JBS Executive Education, ultimately leading to our certification.
I am delighted to be part of our B Corp team and help JBS Executive Education continue to create such a positive impact in this area. I am particularly passionate about ensuring this impact is felt across our people and the communities we can reach, and look forward to continually implementing all the great ideas we still have yet to come!

That mindset has stayed with me, and it’s shaped how I think about sustainability and responsibility in everyday life. I joined the B Corp team primarily because of the framework’s commitment to justice, equity, inclusion, and human rights, and because I believe corporations have a real responsibility to uphold environmental stewardship and circularity as non-negotiable obligations. As an organisation, we can model these changes ourselves and support others in doing the same.
