Cambridge Judge Business School will be marking Pride Month 2026 in June with a series of activities celebrating inclusion, belonging and the diversity of our community. This year’s Cambridge Judge’s Pride objective is: Creating an inclusive Pride culture for all, with activities for students, staff, faculty and other stakeholders ranging from themed engagement activities to conversations around inclusion and culture at the Business School.

As part of this year’s programme, the Business School will be hosting virtual drop-in sessions, in-person coffee and cake gatherings, and a consultative conversation focused on shaping a more Pride+ inclusive culture at Cambridge Judge. These activities are designed to create space for dialogue, reflection learning and community connection.

Pride Month is an opportunity for all members of our community to come together in support of LGBTQ+ inclusion and to help strengthen a culture where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive. Each year, Pride month in June forms a vital part of the Business School’s activities to create a welcoming environment that fosters inclusion for everyone.
