Professional history
Penny Pan is the Associate Director of Investment Banking at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Singapore branch (ICBCS). She has more than eight years’ experience in equity capital markets marketing and corporate finance execution experience.
Prior to joining ICBCS, she held a position in Membership and International Coverage Department (previously known as Listings Department) of Singapore Exchange (SGX) focusing on marketing and business development of Singapore’s sole listing platform. She covered the southern part of Greater China and REITs and business trust sector in China.
Prior to SGX, she held the role of supervisor in the IPO Team of Assurance and Advisory Business Services of Ernst & Yong LLP Singapore focusing on helping companies to list on SGX.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Accounting (CPA) from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in China and a Master of Finance from Cambridge Judge Business School. She is a CFA Charterholder, a Fellow Member of ACCA and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
