MFin City Speaker Series
The Master of Finance City Speaker Series provides a further stream of practical financial expertise to the MFin degree. The speakers are experts in their fields, working at the cutting edge of applied finance, and cover a wide range of subjects, institutions, product areas and roles. The subjects are determined by the speakers, with a focus on topical themes, deals and business problems they have faced. Talks are followed by a Q&A session, and a small group of students accompanies the speaker to dinner.
Student events
Events held by Cambridge Business School Club (CBSC) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) welcome speakers. There are also opportunities to talk at an MBA Meet Session (lunchtime) where speakers can profile their organisation in front of MBAs who have signed up.
MBA and MFin panel events
A number of panel events are hosted regularly throughout the academic year for our MBA and MFin programmes. These panels are often career-focused but also include subject-based panels that are not careers-related. Career-based panels focus on specific industries, allowing alumni to share their specialist experience with our students.
If you are interested in becoming a panellist please contact the Alumni Relations Team.
