You will have the chance to connect with current participants from the EMBA class of 2025. Having recently navigated the transition into the programme themselves, they will share candid insights, practical advice and reflections on balancing study, work and personal commitments.

The evening will also feature a fireside chat and audience Q&A with Javier Suarez Hernandez, Vice Head of European Equity & Credit Research at Mediobanca and alumnus of the TRIUM Global Executive MBA. Drawing on a distinguished international career spanning more than 25 years, Javier will share lessons on leadership, career development and lifelong learning.

The session will provide an opportunity for an engaging and interactive discussion with the audience.

Javier Suarez Hernandez is Vice Head of European Equity & Credit Research at Mediobanca, with over 25 years’ experience across leading global institutions including Nomura, UniCredit, Dresdner Kleinwort, ING Barings and Santander. He specialises in utilities and infrastructure and has been consistently top-ranked in Institutional Investor/Extel surveys. A TRIUM Global Executive MBA alumnus, Javier brings a truly international perspective, having lived and worked in Madrid, London and Milan.
