Sunny is an accomplished enterprise transformation leader with a career spanning digital transformation, aftermarket services, supply chain and commercial leadership within the aerospace and power systems sector. Currently at Rolls‑Royce, she leads large‑scale change programmes that simplify complexity, strengthen governance and enable long-term performance across global operations. Her impact has been recognised through her inclusion in the Top 50 Business Transformation Leaders by PEX Network.
Earlier in her career, Sunny led a $1+ billion annual services business, developed regional service strategies and established a new operational facility in an emerging market. She has also built a $20 million global supply chain for future technologies and played a key role in introducing new digital and operational capabilities across international organisations.
Throughout her career, Sunny has remained passionate about driving transformation that creates meaningful, longlisting impact – aligning people, systems and strategy to move complex organisations forward together.
