Jen’s recent projects encompass digital transformation, leadership diversity and negotiation programmes across sectors as diverse as banking and real estate. One of Jen’s recent projects is the convening of CJBS and University of Cambridge faculty together with global policy experts and public health leaders for the design and delivery of a global policy leadership programme.
Prior to joining CJBS, Jen held a position on the board of a real estate consultancy business, responsible for global business development, supporting real estate owner investor and managing agent clients in developing solutions to manage their global portfolio risks. Jen’s earlier experience spans posts across marketing and technical product management, predominantly within software and the energy management sector. Jen’s passions for real estate, technology and sustainability endure and are frequently revived through working with clients in these areas.
