The Ma Zhao Yan & Xu Wen Lai Scholarship is a golden ticket for one exceptional MBA student, offering a generous 1/3 contribution towards the tuition fees.

Xu Wen Lai is a Cambridge Judge Business School associate alumnus who has taken a number of opportunities to study at Cambridge. First completing the General Management Programme in 2010, he then went on to complete the MSt in Sustainability Leadership in 2020, followed by the Advanced Leadership Programme in 2023. Based in Singapore, Xu Wen Lai has many years of experience in sustainability across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Xu Wen Lai and his wife Ma Zhao Yan are now at the point in their careers where they are able to give something back and leave a legacy of support for aspiring leaders of the future.

This scholarship is open to all applicants who are residents or domiciled in countries defined as developing by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
