The Sassongher Foundation Scholarship

Overview

The Sassongher Foundation Scholarship awards one MBA student funding to cover the full tuition fees.

The Sassonger Foundation Scholarship will allow outstanding candidates to enrol in the Business School. The goal of the Foundation is to develop future leaders who understand the positive role business plays in society by driving prosperity and societal progress. By supporting exceptional talent, they aim to build a strong community of scholars to enhance the perception of business and expand opportunities for future scholars.

Eligibility

This Scholarship will be awarded with preference for candidates who are from underrepresented groups resident or domiciled in the United Kingdom or Italy. Priority will be given to outstanding candidates experiencing financial hardship and who would not otherwise come to Cambridge to enrol in the Business School. Awarded based on academic excellence demonstrated through degree results, GMAT or GRE score, and performance at interview.

Scholars are expected to align with the Sassonger Foundation’s mission, engage with the community, and, over time, contribute to its continued growth.

No fixed deadline, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of this scholarship in later application rounds so early application is recommended.

Further details

The recipient of this scholarship is expected to be an ambassador for the Cambridge MBA, working closely with the marketing, recruitment, and alumni teams to support and attract future candidates onto the programme as well as future scholarship donors.
