Cambridge MBA alumnus named leading M&A consultant

Dhruv Sarda, an MBA graduate of Cambridge Judge Business School (MBA 2003), has been named a top 25 mergers and acquisition consultant by The Consulting Report publication.

Dhruv, Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal, is a European Practice Leader for the Corporate Deals and Transformation practice. He is also the firm’s co-chair for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in Europe and is based in London.  

Alumnus stands out for ability to create value 

Dhruv “stands out for his exceptional ability to drive value creation in M&A transactions and deliver sustainable transformations for clients across sectors”, the publication said. 

“With more than 23 years of experience, Sarda works with financial investors, corporate boards and management teams on M&A and transformation topics. He has led transformation initiatives to deliver full potential value creation plans and served in interim management roles. Sarda works with both corporates and private equity funds on buy-side and sell-side transactions.”
