Adebukola (Bukky) is a multi-skilled business leader providing strategic support to help clients harness innovative thinking and technologies to enhance operational efficiencies.
She has over 20 years’ experience in transformation, strategy, change management and human experience across consulting (with Accenture), legal practice, and HR with clients spanning oil and gas, telecommunications, banking, IT and Insurance sectors, SME, and the public sector. She is currently consulting independently, helping companies align strategies and drive growth.
Bukky holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the University of Edinburgh, UK, respectively, and a Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School. She is a certified Project and Change Management Practitioner, a certified Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Practitioner, and is also MAP (Managerial Assessment of Proficiency) certified.
She is a board of trustee member at GapX Africa, where she mentors and speaks on the GapX Women series, a platform for supporting and advancing women’s careers. She is a member of the board of trustee of Cerebral Palsy Center, a home for children affected by cerebral palsy, and also supports Enterprise NGR on its Youth of Enterprise programme.
Khadija Moore is a global organisational effectiveness and transformation leader with cross-industry experience spanning retail, finance, manufacturing, luxury hospitality and technology across more than 30 countries. She has a proven track record of enabling high-performance cultures and aligning strategy to business outcomes in complex, multi-market environments.
Her career includes global leadership roles at Gildan Activewear and strategic consulting work with Microsoft. With expertise in aligning people strategy with operational and commercial goals, Khadija has driven high-impact programmes in strategic planning, leadership development, organisational design and performance transformation.
She holds an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, alongside multiple certifications in leadership assessment, coaching, change management and talent development. Beyond her corporate work, she contributes as a writer, speaker and board director. Her thought leadership focuses on building high-performance cultures, unlocking leadership potential at scale and shaping future-ready organisations.
Elizabeth Tanya Masiyiwa is a business leader, social entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable development across Africa. As President and CEO of Delta Philanthropies and the Higherlife Foundation, she leads initiatives that strengthen education, expand healthcare and drive inclusive economic growth.
A passionate education innovator, Elizabeth founded Akello, an edtech company providing digital learning to over 1.6 million students and educators, and established Simba Preparatory School in Zimbabwe to transform rural early learning.
She serves on the boards of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, TN CyberTech Group and Steward Bank, and contributes globally through Harvard University’s Centre for African Studies Leadership Council, the Africa Centre and as a Commissioner of the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission. Elizabeth also sits on the Beginnings Fund Investment Committee, dedicated to saving 300,000 mothers and newborns by 2030.
She holds degrees in banking and international finance, social entrepreneurship and an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School.
Abisayo Busari is a visionary leader, legal strategist and development advocate committed to economic empowerment and inclusive growth. She is the founder of ABA for Africa (Accelerating Business Access), a transformative initiative focused on formalising and unlocking prosperity within Africa’s informal sector, beginning with Nigeria.
Her global outlook is further shaped by executive education from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Business School, Oxford’s Saïd Business School, King’s College London and Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. This unique blend of African grounding and international exposure fuels her passion for building scalable models that bridge economic divides and drive grassroots transformation.
With a strong background in law, energy, corporate governance and public policy, Abisayo brings multidimensional experience to her work. She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at AllGrace Energy Limited and as a board-level advisor. Through her NGO, Project One (#IAMANIGERIAN), she also champions youth engagement, financial literacy and gender equity.
Jeeva grew up in Barbados and has lived in Colombia and Toronto, Canada. She relocated to the UK in 2016, first to London and then Cambridge.
She started off her career in financial services as an underwriter in general insurance, then moved into professional education with a focus on client-facing roles.
Jeeva worked at renowned companies including BPP University and Fitch Learning (subsidiary of Fitch Ratings), supporting and delivering tailored programmes for global banks, including UBS, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
Jeeva moved to Cambridge in 2021 after accepting a position at Cambridge Judge Business School and is now the Head of Executive MBA Programmes. She enjoys working with senior executives from around the world.
