Bringing inclusive leadership to life

Dr Jen Waller Martin is the Executive Director for the Executive MBA programmes at the University of Cambridge’s, Judge Business School, where she leads the programme from both a programme delivery side as well as an admissions and marketing perspective. In addition, Dr Martin is a Professorial Lecturer at Hult International Business School, where Dr Martin teaches across the management, leadership and the global marketing sphere and is extremely passionate about delivering courses on the costs of doing business poorly, normally around human resource management, marketing, leadership and diversity.

Dr Martin’s current research passion is around the topic of the benefits of tackling diversity properly and the costs of not implementing effective diversity strategies. Her PhD research has focused on the pedagogy of teaching postgraduate business schools, the skills faculty need to deliver effective teaching and what fortune 500 companies want from their students.

Ms Manaz Javaid is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Cambridge Judge Business School. Manaz leads strategic initiatives to foster a more inclusive environment. With a background in policy, engagement, and organisational development, Manaz drives institutional change through evidence-based practice and community collaboration. Her work centres on embedding equity into leadership, curriculum and culture, ensuring that inclusion is not just a value but a lived experience across the school.

Dr Chris Whitaker is Disability Inclusion and Leadership Expert, Purple Advantage and a Cambridge Judge alumnus. Chris’ work bridges accessibility, leadership and innovation. Through his insights and lived experience, Chris inspires new ways of thinking about how inclusive design can unlock creativity and empower every individual to succeed.
