Pablo is a Senior Associate at A&M Corporate Transformation EMEA with over 8 years’ experience in corporate transformation, performance improvement, financial restructuring, turnaround, insolvency, and distressed asset and treasury management. He partners with global clients to address operational and financial challenges, delivering effective turnaround and performance improvement solutions. Pablo is also a published poet with 2 books released in Latin America.
Sebastián Padilla is a finance professional specialising in project finance, renewable energy and infrastructure investment.
He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gransolar, Solarteam and Itulpark, where he leads debt and equity financing for energy and infrastructure projects and structures power purchase agreements (PPAs) for solar plants and microgrids.
He previously worked at IDB Invest in Washington DC, British International Investment in London, and CAF – Development Bank of Latin America in Quito, focusing on project finance and structured transactions across Latin America and Africa.
Sebastián holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge (Cambridge Judge Business School) and a bachelors degree in Economics from PUCE, Ecuador.
Natalie is a Business Operations & Strategy Manager at Fingerprint, a Series C tech company. Before joining Fingerprint, Natalie worked across multiple areas of finance, including venture capital (Growth Equity at Inovia Capital and Early-Stage VC at Diagram Ventures), investment banking (HSBC UK), sales & trading (HSBC Canada), and fintech product management (TreasurySpring). Having navigated roles across sell-side, buy-side, and tech, Natalie brings a candid perspective on what these career paths actually look like from the inside – and how to move between them intentionally.
