About Wenyu
Wenyu brings 17 years of cross-functional experience across global FMCG organisations, including Kraft, PepsiCo and Unilever. Her background spans product development, process optimisation and commercial category strategy, with a consistent focus on innovation, sustainability and delivering results across international markets.
Inspired by the mentorship, talent development and capability-building work she led in her FMCG roles, Wenyu founded Evapath Consultancy to support students and early-career professionals in building career confidence, practical project skills and clear pathways into STEM-related disciplines. She also contributes to strategic leadership and governance as a school governor, helping oversee long-term direction and policy.
As the class representative for her Executive MBA cohort, Wenyu is passionate about building bridges across diverse industries and helping classmates learn from one another’s leadership experiences. Her motivation for joining the Executive MBA came from a desire to grow beyond technical leadership, develop a more strategic perspective, lead with purpose and translate corporate lessons into broader social impact. This perspective continues to shape how she learns, collaborates and supports others, both within the Cambridge community and through her own consultancy.
