Subject to change based on COVID-19 building regulations, our current opening hours are 07:00-00:00 and the Information Centre is currently open to CJBS staff and students only. Access to the space and physical collections for the wider University community is not possible at this time. Contact the team for help accessing our online resources. Details can be found within learn.jbs.

Not studying at CJBS but a member of the University of Cambridge?
Current members of the University of Cambridge (staff and students) are very welcome to register to use our databases and printed collections, and may access our service on Monday-Friday between 08:45-18:00 during term time, and 09:00-17:00 during vacations. You may borrow up to 20 items at once.
We work hard to provide and maintain a welcoming, flexible working environment for all users of our services, whether they are being used in person or from a distance. To ensure equitable access to our space and resources for all we have drawn together the following policies which all users should familiarise themselves with and adhere to.
Not a member of the University of Cambridge?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer access to the Information Centre, unless you are a current PhD student or faculty member from another University.
In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Information & Library Services Manager, access is occasionally permitted to users who do not fall into the above categories. Email [email protected].
