Helena Eccles shares her insights about the ‘top gender equality event’ in London last week where Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, presented a landmark study on women on boardrooms. The study looked at 1002 companies from the Forbes Global 2000 list across 41 countries and 51 industries and found that empowering all women is key to sustained change in the boardroom.
