The MPhil in Strategy, Marketing & Operations class is small, to allow for intensive faculty involvement through individual research supervision. Class sizes vary from year to year but you can expect to study with five to eight classmates, all with excellent first degrees in subjects with a strong quantitative orientation, such as industrial engineering, economics, operations research, physics, statistics, or mathematics.
Our bright students make for stimulating classes, but also a rapid pace. The smallness of the class facilitates collaboration and the development of a team spirit. In addition to forming tight bonds with your classmates, you will have ample opportunity to engage with the wider School and University student community in shared classes or in your College.
