What is your professional and educational background?
I am a Financial Services Strategist with over 17 years of combined experience in consulting and banking. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Principal (Director) at Infosys Consulting, where I lead strategic technology programmes for Tier-1 global banks. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Business and Finance, professional qualifications as a Chartered CIMA Accountant and a Professional Diploma in Banking. Additionally, I completed the 6-month Business Strategy Programme at INSEAD. On a personal note, I am a certified yoga instructor and enjoy playing tennis.
What is the most exciting thing about your work?
The most captivating aspect of my work is the opportunity to lead teams and innovative projects that bridge the gap between technology and finance. I enjoy diving into game-changing tech strategies like Generative AI and banking process automation. I excel in navigating complex challenges that significantly impact business performance, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. My projects are always changing and require strategic thinking, which helps me keep growing and learning professionally.
