Juliet Powell (MBA 2023) is an AI Strategist at Capco, a global technology and management consultancy specialising in the financial services industry. In her role, she advises banks and financial institutions on AI strategy and transformation, helping embed generative AI into core business and operating models.
Prior to joining Capco, Juliet worked as a Generative AI and Product Strategy Consultant at Mercor Intelligence, where she collaborated closely with leading AI laboratories, including OpenAI. Her work focused on designing feedback and alignment processes to improve model performance, safety, and real-world impact.
Joey Deng (MPhil in Technology Policy 2020) is a Lead Business Analyst and Product Owner at Morgan Stanley, based in London, working on strategic initiatives across data governance, quality and lineage.
Her leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s enterprise-wide data strategy and driving measurable improvements in data integrity and transparency, Joey is widely recognised as a role model and rising talent within Morgan Stanley and the broader technology community.
