Professional history
Go Masuda is the Founder and Chairman of the Japan Security Token Association (JSTA), a leading industry body driving the growth of the digital securities and security token ecosystem in Japan. Under his leadership, the Association has grown to include over 50 major corporations and startups, with board members representing some of the most prominent platform providers in the space.
He is also the CEO of BlockchainHub, advising global tech companies – such as UK-based Elliptic Enterprises, a leading crypto AML solutions provider – on their market entry and business development in Japan.
Go’s career spans Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (infrastructure project management), Accenture (strategy consulting for energy and materials sectors), SMBC (global project finance) and SMFG (leading open innovation and overseeing its Silicon Valley presence).
He serves as Senior Researcher at Keio University SFC Institute, Principal at Japan Business Model Association, and Council Leader at the US-Japan Council. He holds an MBA from University of Cambridge, Fintech certificate from University of Oxford, and BA in Economics from University of Tokyo.
