Professional history
Kelsey Conklin has a decade of experience building and strengthening the Google brand on both a global and regional level. She’s led 360 global marketing campaigns across digital, OOH, social and experiential and is a dynamic force with a passion for combining creativity plus data to drive successful marketing objectives.
Best known for producing some of Google’s biggest social initiatives, she’s led Google’s first dedicated sustainability campaign in EMEA, global Pride campaigns resulting in international policy changes, crisis-response efforts in Ukraine, and accessibility-focused campaigns highlighting the strength of US veterans with disabilities.
During the pandemic she was responsible for marketing initiatives supporting frontline workers as well as the EMEA adaptations of Google’s most anticipated film campaign, ‘Year in Search’ (244M views). She established marketing-wide best practices for hiring traditionally underrepresented female crew and has won a Cannes Lion for her work on Google Pride.
Kelsey is currently serving as a consultant within Google’s Design Platform with a focus on 1 billion-user products and has had the opportunity to guest lecture at Cambridge Judge Business School several times. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Communication with a Minor in Fine Arts from the University of Southern California, eternal optimism and a love of entertainment originating from her early days in Primetime Television and the prestigious NBC Page program.
