Step into the Cambridge mindset – before you even arrive

Khaled Soufani.
Professor Khaled Soufani

As you prepare to join the Executive MBA programmes at Cambridge Judge, we invite you to a special fireside chat that brings together leadership, lived experience and the unique spirit of the Cambridge community.

This session is led by Professor Khaled Soufani, Director of the Cambridge Executive MBA, who will be joined by the 3 class representatives from the Executive MBA 2024 cohort. Together, they will share open and heartfelt reflections that offer both practical insight and encouragement as you prepare to begin your Cambridge journey.

What to expect

Professor Soufani and our class reps will share their perspectives on the Executive MBA experience at Cambridge Judge from multiple angles:

Insights from programme leadership

Hear Professor Soufani’s thoughts on what makes the programmes distinctive, what defines our cohorts and how to get the most out of your time here.

First-hand student experience from the inside

Our class reps will speak openly about their own journeys, the moments that shaped them, the challenges that surprised them and the strategies that helped them thrive.

Practical preparation guidance

Learn what to expect in your first months, how to balance personal and professional commitments and what resources are available to support you.

Community and culture

Discover what it feels like to be part of the Cambridge network, how relationships form within the cohort and why the sense of community is often described as transformative.

The conversation will be followed by an opportunity for you to ask questions. We’d like to provide the space for you to connect, learn and get clarity directly from our class reps who know the journey best.
