Join us for an engaging fireside conversation

Pembroke College.

As part of the Gates Cambridge On Leadership series, we invite you to an engaging fireside conversation with Alan Guarino, author of The Greatness Code and Professor Kamal Munir, Professor of Strategy and Policy at Cambridge Judge Business School and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of University Community and Engagement at the University.

Alan is Vice Chairman at Korn Ferry, where he advises CEOs and boards on leadership, succession and organisational performance. A former US Army officer and founder of a successful Wall Street search firm, he is a recognised commentator on business and strategy, regularly appearing on major media outlets. His latest book, The Greatness Code, distils decades of experience into a practical framework for defining and achieving meaningful success.

Bringing together insights from leadership, strategy and personal development, the discussion will explore how purpose, passion and persistence can reshape our understanding of success, both individually and collectively. The session offers a thoughtful look at the ideas behind The Greatness Code and the experiences that informed it.

The event registration will be from 17:00 and the talk will begin promptly at 17:30.

Following the conversation, guests are warmly invited to continue the discussion at a drinks reception in the foyer.
