Entrepreneurship rarely follows a straight line. New ventures emerge through testing ideas, gathering feedback and adapting to shifting markets. This session explores how entrepreneurs around the world use experimentation and pivoting to refine their business models, seize opportunities and overcome challenges. We will examine both the strengths of this adaptive approach and its limitations, including the risks of constant change and the difficulty of knowing when to persist.
