Join the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre (WLC) and Women and Gender Equality Special Interest Group (SIG) at Cambridge Judge, on Friday 6 March, in celebration of International Women’s Day, for a panel discussion and networking event ‘Give to Gain.’
The WLC creates a space for bold conversations and lasting impact, this year’s theme will focus on reciprocity, giving time, resource and/or visibility to create a more equitable society.
As we celebrate a legacy continued – 10 years of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre at Cambridge Judge, we’re delighted to be launching the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre Mentorship Programme for Cambridge Judge students at this panel event.
The programme is designed to empower students to become inclusive, impactful and confident leaders through 1:1 mentoring relationships supported by a series of events and will be officially launched at the IWD event.

This year, we are delighted to welcome as our speakers:
Tracey is passionate about improving gender diversity, through dialogue and action, and is a founding member of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Tracey is a member of the senior leadership team, with responsibility for overseeing externally facing communications and corporate marketing. She is also a member of the European Foundation for Management Steering Committee and a mentor to students at her alma mater, the University of St. Andrews. Tracey’s background is in outreach, engagement, and PR.
Feryal’s research interests include strategic interactions between stakeholders in supply chains and socially responsible operations. She’s a strong proponent of practice-based research and through collaborations with Intel Corporation, Stanford University Medical Center and others, she has combined her academic interests with firms’ needs to deliver insights for both communities.
Feryal is a member of the Operations and Technology Management subject group at Cambridge Judge Business School, which focuses on practice-based research through partner organisations to address a wide spectrum of management challenges.
Khayala Eylazova is a prominent Azerbaijani, Irish, British executive known for her impactful leadership and advocacy for diversity and inclusion. As COO for EMEA Consulting Operations Transformation at PwC, Khayala plays a vital role in leading the practice, the strong network of +3000 people across the EMEA, since joining the firm in 2017, following her decade-long tenure at Microsoft Global Headquarters.
A dedicated champion for equitable practices, Khayala serves on the board of UN Women UK and has earned accolades like Editor’s Choice of The Year, WeAreTheCity 2025, Mentor of the Year at Women of the Future 2025, the Advocate of the Year award from the Women in Finance Awards.
Her achievements include co-authoring ‘Shaping the Success’ with the University of Cambridge in 2024, a guide empowering future female leaders. Holding an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and an MSc from BI Norwegian Business School, Khayala is a valued mentor and contributor at the Cambridge’s Judge Business School’s Wo+Men Leadership Centre at the University of Cambridge.
Renowned globally as a speaker, Khayala’s insights at events like the UN COP29 Sustainability Conference continue to inspire change, advocating for a sustainable and equitable world across various sectors.
Dr Juliana Kozak Rogo has been teaching economics for more than 15 years in a variety of subjects. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois and an MS in Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Her thesis focuses on the role of economic incentives and physicians performance in childbirth.
She has served as an economic advisor to the Governor and as an economic analyst of the Investor Relations Group at the Central Bank of Brazil.
With an impressive career spanning almost 20 years across the media and sports sector, Katerina has held senior roles at Formula 1, Liverpool FC and CNN International, working with some of the most prestigious and forward-thinking businesses and governments, worldwide. Her leadership roles have been focused on developing and activating innovative global partnerships and brand solutions across a broad portfolio of assets and platforms.
Most recently, Katerina has taken on various advisory roles with entities including UN Women UK, helping shape gender – equality initiatives. Katerina is regularly invited to chair and judge at high-profile industry events, sharing her insights on the sports landscape, media platforms and innovative sponsorship activations.
Giulia Brotto is a luxury industry professional at LVMH, where she works on the application of artificial intelligence to merchandising, exploring how data and advanced technologies can support decision-making across the Group’s Fashion Maisons.
Giulia previously completed the LVMH SPRING Future Leaders Program, the Group’s leadership development programme, through which she gained experience across several maisons and functions within the luxury ecosystem, including Louis Vuitton and Celine. During this time, she held retail management responsibilities in Louis Vuitton’s largest flagship store, leading teams and working closely with client advisors to drive performance and elevate the client experience.
Beyond her corporate role, Giulia mentors early-career professionals looking to break into the luxury industry, helping them navigate a sector that, unlike consulting or investment banking, often lacks structured entry pathways.
Italian by origin, raised between London and New York, and now based in Paris, Giulia brings a naturally international perspective to her work and is passionate about the role women can play in shaping the future of business and technology in the luxury industry.
