Floris Blok is a final-year PhD researcher in the Department of Land Economy, studying the pricing of climate change in real estate. He is interested in very long-run (environmental) discount rates and the question of where financial risks from climate change accumulate in the economy.
A light lunch will be provided but please bring along your drink of choice.
