Speaker: Paul Voss, Assistant Professor of Finance at HEC Paris
Speaker bio
Paul Voss is an Assistant Professor of Finance at HEC Paris. His research focuses on corporate governance and has been published in leading academic journals, including the American Economic Review, the Journal of Finance and the Review of Financial Studies. His work was awarded the 2025 ECGI Finance Prize for Best Paper in the ECGI Finance Working Paper Series and has been featured by the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance. Paul received his PhD in Economics from the University of Bonn in 2021 and was previously a visiting PhD student at the London School of Economics. Prior to joining HEC Paris, he served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Central European University in Vienna.
