What makes Cambridge Judge distinctive is its environment of discovery. Rooted in one of the world’s most renowned universities, we bring together bold ideas, world-class research, and a diverse community of leaders who challenge one another to think differently.

Programme content
The programme challenges participants to navigate organisational change by exploring how to build individual resilience, manage practical change, lead cultural shifts, and communicate strategically. The following topics are explored:
Module 1: Adaptation and resilience at the individual level
- What is motivating change right now, and how can we adapt the self?
- How do we foster adaptation and resilience in a turbulent world?
- What skills and qualities are required to achieve our objectives, and how can we develop them with purpose?
Module 2: Change management practice
- What are the leading models of change management, and which approaches deliver the greatest impact?
- How can we effectively monitor progress and adapt change strategies in real time?
Module 3: Hybrid working simulation
- How do we navigate the transition to hybrid work effectively?
- How can we recognise and address resistance while managing change dynamically?
Module 4: Cultural leadership: setting the culture for change
- What are the main models of organisational change, and how is culture shaped?
- How does change emerge from the bottom up within organisational culture?
- How can leaders shape and drive a culture that aligns with organisational identity, strategy and purpose?
Module 5: Communication
- How can you effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate?
- What strategies are most effective for building momentum and a coalition around a new idea or change?
Module 6: Cambridge debating chamber
- Apply communication skills in action: the debating chamber gives you the chance to put theory into practice, sharpening your ability to articulate ideas, influence others and respond persuasively in real time.
- Develop confidence in handling challenges. By debating in a structured but dynamic setting, you’ll strengthen your capacity to think on your feet, manage opposition constructively and lead change conversations with impact.

How you learn: Face-to-face
Immerse yourself in an inspirational learning environment in the historic city of Cambridge. In an intensive classroom experience, you will engage directly with faculty and peers through interactive sessions, case discussions and group work. Participate in Cambridge Union-style debates, hear from guest speakers, and learn through role-playing, simulations, and practical exercises. Conversations continue outside the classroom, giving you the chance to build lasting connections with fellow participants. The unique setting of Cambridge creates space to step back from daily pressures and reflect on your leadership practice.
