Katarina is the Administrator for the Cambridge Centre for Finance. Kat joined CJBS as Administrator for the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance in May 2014. Previously Kat worked in various administrative roles in the House of Commons administration, UK Parliament. Kat's background is mainly in HR and project management.

Dr Rabia Dada-Oughton is the Lead Project Manager for the Cambridge Centre for Finance. She also manages the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance and oversees the Centre's post-doctoral research associates. Previously, Rabia was the Programme Manager for the Centre for Compliance & Trust, where she managed a global financial training partnership between Cambridge Judge Business School and Barclays Bank. Rabia is an alumna of Darwin College at the University of Cambridge, and holds a PhD in postcolonial theory.
