The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre is thrilled to announce our sixth annual conference: Reimagining Diversity. Join us for another sell out exciting day of keynote speakers, panel discussions and workshops by outstanding industry leaders and renowned Cambridge academics.

The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre would like to thank Goldman Sachs for their generous sponsorship of the conference this year, we are delighted to hold this year’s conference jointly with Goldman Sachs. 

Our sixth annual conference, Reimagining Diversity, promises an exciting programme, with a diverse range of speakers and panellists, providing invaluable insight for both women and men wanting a deeper understanding of what makes successful leaders in business. 

In the morning, the 2 panels entitled “Gender Diversity across Cultures” and “Gender Diversity across Industries” will set the bar high for the conference.

Programme

This year we are delighted to welcome as keynote speakers, Alison Loehnis, President of NET-A-PORTER and Mr PORTER, In Conversation with Ruth Kennedy, Managing Director at Kennedy Dundas; and Tilly Franklin, formerly Director at a leading international private equity firm, and recently appointed Chief Investment Officer at the University of Cambridge 

There will be 2 further panels, “Navigating Career Advancement” and “Building support throughout the organisation, the importance of male allies” in the afternoon. These two panels, like the morning’s, will comprise of a range of panellists who will discuss the theme Reimagining Diversity, building on the ideas discussed earlier in the day. 

Steps Academy will run an interactive workshop on gender diversity. 

The conference provides myriad networking opportunities for delegates, concluding with a drinks reception, offering the opportunity for delegates to expand their network and share learnings from the day.
