Overview

We are currently researching how employees can effectively work with AI, how leaders can use AI to enhance their leadership skills, and how we can utilise big data, machine learning, and AI to gain people insights to foster performance and employee growth — be it employees, teams, leaders, or customers.

One of our ongoing projects is concerned with identifying the psychological factors that promote co-creation between employees and AI.
