The global automotive industry has gone through massive change in recent years, and that revolution continues, believes Dr Matthias Holweg, Director of the Centre for Process Excellence & Innovation (CPEI) at Cambridge Judge Business School. Where once production was all-important, selling the product is now as important especially the way vehicles are put on the road.
