The Cambridge Business Breakthrough Series is a new series of events and webinars for mid- to senior-level executives looking to refresh and reassess their business outlook and agendas. Small groups of colleagues from the same organisation are also welcome to attend. These events aim to attract a wide and a diverse range of executives.

Delivered by leading faculty from Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, this breakthrough series will provide valuable insights into the critical business and leadership issues that affect individual and organisational performance.

The Cambridge Business Breakthrough Series aims to stimulate ideas and offer practical advice, tools and techniques to individuals that they can take back and apply to their workplace. There will be the opportunity to network with participants as well as Cambridge faculty and colleagues from Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. The events will also offer participants the opportunity to take part in a Q&A session with University of Cambridge faculty teachers.

Beginning in March 2013, the series covers the following topics:

  • Strategic Performance Management
  • Fostering a Culture of Innovation
  • Leadership and Motivation
  • The Acceleration Trap: Corporate Burnout
  • Motivation and Increasing Performance
  • Strategy and Strategic Decision Making
  • Innovation Beyond Creativity: Selecting the “Right” Innovative Ideas for Your Organisation

The first physical events in the series will take place at the Institute of Directors in central London.
