It is with sadness that we acknowledge the death of Sir Adrian Cadbury, former Chairman of Cadbury Schweppes and author of the 1992 report, Financial Report on Aspects of Corporate Governance.
Sir Adrian, a graduate of King’s College, Cambridge donated his Cadbury Archive to Cambridge Judge Business School in 2010, comprising papers relating to the activities, discussions, findings and recommendations of the 1990s enquiry. The archive was completed in 2013 by the further addition of Sir Adrian’s speeches on corporate governance.
The Cadbury Archive is an integral part of the Cambridge Corporate Governance Network which brings together researchers across the University of Cambridge in the Law Faculty, the business school, the Centre for Corporate Law and Economics.
