Speaker bio
Ella Miron-Spektor is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. She is broadly interested in how individuals and teams innovate and learn and how they cope with tensions and competing demands. Her recent research focuses on mindsets enabling individuals to innovate with scarce resources and on team formation processes that lead to entrepreneurial success. She also studies how individuals and teams evaluate and select creative ideas, learn from experience, and remain creative over time.
